Restoran Leong Chee Hoong 风味菜馆 | Kg Bukit Tinggi, Bentong, Pahang

this might be another good spot to stop by for lunch when travel to Genting Highlands. however, patience is very important as they only have one chef available (worst you might not even get a table when walk-in during peak hours). I guess precious food doesn't really come in handy all de time. this restaurant is also famous in serving river fish (some depends on season).

Marble Goby.
not really a happy face.

CLOCKWISE:
1) Stir-fry Wild Mushrooms,  2) Fried Tian-Qi Leaf,  3) Fried Water Cress
vegetables- something that you must order here.
these greens were really crunchy and fresh despite de garlic in abundance.
I still love it.

 Stuffed Taufu Soup.
this is one of their signatures (or more like my dad's favourite).

Steamed Chicken.
it was not de meaty type of chicken. for those who enjoy chewing bones you might find this as a pretty good dish.

Steamed Marble Goby (顺壳 Soon Hock / Ketutu)
de dish was great even for a person who didn't really like fish (me). just like any other steamed fish, it was served with light soy sauce and garnished with coriander, garlic, and sliced ginger. things went perfect as it did not own de "sand" taste at all.

my yummy day.
