as depicted by de name, de topping on this pizza was divided into four quarters, one for each season of de year represented by different seafood. not really my favourite as de pizza was slightly "fishy" in tasting.

one of their signature desserts which I find it average. I'm not very fond for tiramisu because of de soggy sponge at de bottom and, too creamy.
there are many versions for this classic Italian layered dessert. Porto Romano uses marsala wine and almond flakes, served with espresso sauce. to be frank, this was just frozen chunks but tasted not like ice-cream. personally, I didn't really like it =P
a Spanish dessert similar to Crème brûlée, consisting of a rich custard base topped with a layer of hard caramel (burnt cream).
