located at de back alley of some really old apartments, this is another creative designed cafe serving comfort home cooked food. I would say it is pretty similar to My Elephant Thai in Happy Mansion in terms of its location (also blending in with some old apartment blocks). do not expect luxurious environment in this little hideout as it has incorporated old school elements like desk and chair, chalkboard and it can only accommodate at most 6 to 7 tables.

price is inclusive of a drink and there is no surcharge. you pay what you see. Mainmain cafe has a simple menu which served 4-5 dishes per day, depending on availability.
decent home cooked food.
everything was good except de nasi lemak was somewhat lacking de familiar fragrance.
Tofu Cake RM10.90
this was once sold in Poco Handmade which has already ceased operation but now you can find it in Mainmain Cafe. this lightly scented dessert is a combination of cheese and tofu with cookies base (not for those who fancy strong cheese). I preferred de older version by Poco Handmade as its top layer was somehow modified and replaced with a layer of jelly.
although still lacking de characteristic portraits by Poco Handmade (love them for using wooden cutlery), but if you kinda miss it for now I believe Mainmain Cafe is a good alternative.
