we have ordered set A for two with de replacement of assam fish to pandan chicken wing (1 fish to 2 pcs of wings). everything is yummy except de fishball which is overly smooth but lacking de taste of fish. overall, de Yong Tau Foo are considered generously stuffed and fresh. lettuce, on de other hand, is kinda salty with oyster sauce so I would probably ask to omit in my next visit. pandan chicken wings are very flavourful and crunchy, and I think they are de best among all. I don't know de taste of assam fish but I had read some good reviews about it. chicken wing in yong tau foo place?
