Roasted Chicken and Char Siew Chung Chai Fan ---recommended roasted chicken
passed down since 1954 (wow!), their signature steamed rice is called "Chung Chai Fan" and this has been de third generation. rice is steamed in a container and carefully turn over and to serve with lots of gravy. de gravy is made with herbs adding to their in-house recipe. besides roasted chicken and char siew, other options include pork knuckle, pork ribs, and mushroom chicken feet.  

until this old place is tearing down for a new development, Cham Kee has now opened a new branch in Balakong Cheras.
